This notice describes how the Dinkora Tour website handles information provided by visitors. It covers this website and its enquiry and newsletter forms; third-party booking and broadcast services have their own policies.
Information you provide
Enquiry forms collect your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number, company, subject and message. Hosting, sponsorship, careers and programme forms may also collect details relevant to your enquiry, such as city, venue, role or budget. Newsletter signup stores your email address and a record of your consent. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identity documents.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and error information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Administrator login uses a session cookie for authentication. Optional Google Analytics cookies help us understand visits, pages viewed and successful enquiries. Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. We send page information and enquiry categories, not names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents. Google may process device and browser information, cookie identifiers and approximate location; its services may process data outside India. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Choose Reject analytics to use the website without Analytics, or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes Analytics cookies from this website. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days.
How information is used
We use submitted details to review and respond to enquiries, manage expressions of interest, administer requested newsletter subscriptions and operate and secure the website. Newsletter signup is optional. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Access and sharing
Submitted information is stored in the website database and is accessible to authorised administrators. Hosting and other service providers may process data to operate the service. We do not sell information submitted through the forms. If you follow an external registration, ticketing, video or social link, that provider handles information under its own policy. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.
Storage and retention
The production website and database are hosted on a VPS in India. Operational backups also contain website data. Information is kept while needed for the purpose for which it was provided, service administration or applicable legal requirements. Deletion from backup archives follows their retention cycle rather than taking effect immediately in every archived copy.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw newsletter consent through the contact form. Choose Privacy & data request, identify the email address involved and explain your request. We may ask for information necessary to verify that the request relates to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Children
A parent or guardian should handle enquiries and registrations for children. Do not send a child's identity documents or sensitive information through the general website forms. Any junior event must provide its own registration and safeguarding requirements before participation.
Security
Access to administration is restricted, connections use HTTPS and backups are protected. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information submitted to the website has been exposed.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when website features or processing practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions and requests, use the contact form.
