Our expectations
Players, organisers and supporters should treat one another respectfully, follow the published event rules and help maintain fair competition. Harassment, discrimination, threats and deliberate interference with competition are unacceptable.
Raise a concern
Use the contact form and select Integrity concern. Include the event, date, people involved where relevant and a clear description of what happened. Provide links to supporting information rather than uploading sensitive material.
Handling reports
The team will review reports and may request more information. Details may need to be shared with relevant organisers or authorities to investigate; we cannot promise absolute confidentiality or a particular outcome. Do not include unrelated personal information.
Immediate safety
The website is not an emergency reporting channel. If there is an immediate risk to safety, contact local emergency services or the venue's on-site staff.
